Fitness first for kunal kapoor

Inner power
I go to the gym of my professionalism i have always adhered to one from of exercise or the other.I was involved in sports since childhood.Even today i play tennis regularly.I used learn Tai chi as a teenager. Recently i have started learning kalaripayatuu an indian art martial art ,which apart from strikes and kicks includes includes healing methods predeesh raj my teacher comes home to instruct me few years back ,I went to London to practice parkour,which involves free running.running. I also try to incorporate fitness habits in everyday life like not taking the lift but climbing up the stairs to my 6th floor apartment.At times,i even cycle to the market.



Gym jam
When i was young .I used fall a sick often.When i turned 16,i shot up and turned skinny and gangly.That when i decided to bulk gym but i was not modern 

gym: it was more like a akhada. We used to do dand baithakas and pushups. There was a boy in my building whom i looked up to.he was tall and tough,i would go to the akhada with him.These days i visit juju gymkhana,where prashant sawant trains me.I told him i wanted a body,which is functionally strong i am a actor and for stunts my core muscles should be strong.I keep changing my workouts and do core exercises...
